4- headed out the direction of parkway but instead of going on parkway we ran down a white packed granite path to a park and back for a 4 miler. To make it 5 miles we ran 6 barefoot striders on the grass at the park before we headed back. It felt pretty good today I just hope to keep it that way and break my vicious sleeping cycle for good. On the way back I felt really slow but hopefully I can fix that soon enough too. |
