| Member Since: Jun 10, 2008 Gender: Female Goal Type: Other Running Accomplishments: My Sophmore year I ran at state, as a girls team we made it. Unfortunately last year we were beat out, but it was a learning experience. The Guys made it this last year and we were there to support them.
Senior year went to state XC both the girls and the guys. guys tied for 3rd but lost the tiebreaker so 4th in the state. way to go guys. The girls did fairly well too.
JV 800 Division Champ Short-Term Running Goals: I hope to get my 800 time down and race well this track season. Long-Term Running Goals: Half marathon finish. 13.1 miles. Challenge myself and make it through. Personal: I'm am a senior this year at pine view high school. I've run track since my freshman year but been a distance runner in xc since my sophmore. I love the feeling you get right after a race when you know you've pushed it hard and you did it. I am going to run the wasatch back this summer and its going to be AWESOME!!!! Favorite Blogs: |

| I ran a 4 miler today after I warmed up. I had to run alone this morning :( because I work in a few minutes and had to be home and able to get ready quickly. It was a good run, a little slow but hopefully next week I can pick up the pace a bit. | Add Comment |

| (.5) Warm-up and the mall drive with extention. Really slow, crappy miles today. I felt slightly sick and I had crappy running shoes that are really old as my mom moved my other shoes and doesn't remember where she put them. I already needed new shoes anyway. I was tired and sore but I finished the run at least. Running again with the team later today at 3. we've started our 2 a days and now we're starting to do them as a team. | Add Comment |

(.5) warm-up today. After stretches and going over the xc disclosure I ran 3.5 miles and then did barefoot striders on the field. Not a very good run today, my ankles were in alot of pain, possibly from yesterdays run. I just need to ice them a bunch today and this weekend and get it taken care of. | Add Comment |
