Today's run wasn't very good. I wanted to run 4 miles but I felt sick this morning and so I couldn't. Then to make things worse as I was headed up the hill my legs felt like a ton of bricks. Hopefully I get in a better run tomorrow. I am also going to try and break a vicious cycle and fix my internal clock so I can actually sleep at night and get some decent runs in before school starts. I'm not sure yet but if i get the chance tonight i'm going to try and run around 2-3 miles to make up for what I couldn't do this morning. |
