Warm-up (.2) I ran with Jr. again today. We went on the three miler that's to the chevron station and back. We pushed it today and ran up fire station hill hard as we normally do when we're doing hills. We also treated the last couple hundred meters like a race and kicked in until we got up to the elementary school, that felt good. My hip still hurt what with a tight I.T. band and Standing for long periods of time combined. I've been Icing it though and its starting to feel better. I'll just keep pushing through the pain for now and ice, stretch and try to take some ibprofen. That's the step I always seem to forget about and one that i'm sure does wonders. |
